Keno is a game similar to the lotto or bingo that originated in china. You first receive your keno card which has 80 numbers in 8 rows of 10. You then choose between 1 to 20 numbers from the keno card.
The keno machine will then draw 20 numbers basically the more numbers you get the higher your payout which changes from casino to casino.
